Why Greenspace
exists.
Greenspace Studio was founded on the belief that good architecture begins by questioning the way things are usually done.
Today, the studio works across architecture, interiors and Design + Build, creating spaces that respond to their context, work well in everyday life and have a character of their own.
From new homes and villas to renovations, interiors and larger projects, Greenspace approaches each project as an opportunity to question the obvious, explore alternatives and arrive at a more appropriate solution.
Design is where the idea begins. Making is where it becomes real.

Founder & Principal Architect
Mohammed Suhaib Hayath is an architect and the founder of Greenspace Studio, a Bengaluru-based architecture and Design + Build practice.
An architecture graduate from R.V. College of Architecture, Bengaluru, Suhaib began his independent practice in 2012, working across residential architecture, villas and small-scale developments before establishing Greenspace Studio in 2015.
His approach to architecture is rooted in understanding how people actually live, work and experience spaces. Rather than following a single architectural formula, he explores multiple possibilities through context, function, climate, material and construction.
Over the years, this approach has evolved from design-focused architecture into an integrated Architecture + Interiors + Design Build practice, with a particular interest in renovations, contextual design and alternative building techniques.
For Suhaib, architecture does not end at the drawing board. The process extends into materials, details, construction and ultimately the experience of the people who inhabit the space.
“Architecture doesn't end with the drawing. It becomes real through material, making and the way people experience a space.”
