How does Design + Build differ from a design-only appointment?
In a design-only appointment our work concludes with the agreed drawings and coordination. In Design + Build, the same studio also carries the project through procurement and site execution within the agreed scope.
How are specifications and the construction scope agreed?
During the Detail stage we prepare drawings, specifications, scope and an estimate, which are reviewed with you and agreed before construction begins.
What happens if we request changes during construction?
Changes are reviewed for their effect on design, cost and programme, and agreed with you before proceeding.
Can interiors be included in the same appointment?
Yes. Architecture and interiors can be designed and executed within one Design + Build scope.
