Can renovation work be planned in phases?
Often, yes. Phasing depends on the extent of work and how the building is being used, and is planned with you.
Can walls be removed or additional floors added?
It depends on the existing structure and applicable approvals. Feasibility needs to be assessed by the appropriate qualified professionals after inspection, so we do not confirm it beforehand.
How is the scope established when existing conditions are uncertain?
We document what can be seen, recommend investigations where needed, and agree the scope on that basis. If hidden conditions emerge during work, changes are reviewed with you before proceeding.
